2. Not professional advice

Articles and in-app content about focus, productivity, Pomodoro, ultradian rhythms or wellbeing are general information only. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and are no substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

3. App blocking & timers

The Focus Shield relies on Apple's Screen Time technology and works within the limits iOS imposes. Blocking can be affected by system settings, restarts, or actions you take, and should not be relied on as a guaranteed or sole safeguard against distraction. Fomodo is not a parental-control product. Core system functions such as emergency calls are not blocked by Fomodo.

Timers, statistics and streaks may be affected by operating-system behaviour (background limits, clock changes, forced termination). They are informational and provided without guarantee of precision.

4. Purchases

Fomodo Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Features included in free and paid tiers may change over time. The Android version is announced as "coming soon"; its availability and timing are not guaranteed.

6. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
